Summary
The Inventory Coordinator/Warehouse Clerk manages accurate inventory counts and processes finished goods and receiving. You will conduct daily audits of bins, checks for inventory accuracy, makes timely corrections, and manages all recording, reporting and monitoring of inventory levels. This associate develops daily bin consolidation plans to rotate finished goods to the appropriate bin and creates additional bin space for finished goods. Secondary responsibilities are to provide administrative support to the Warehouse Team and process all sales and transfers orders. You will review all internal and external fulfillment orders, logs, detects errors, corrects errors, and reports any discrepancies. This associate maintains warehouse records, prepares A/R reports. Will work in Shipping and Receiving and drive a forklift.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.
Compensation: $23.50 - $26.00
You Will
- Maintain finished goods inventory/systems
- Verify and processes transfer orders and BOL's for Finished Goods, audits information
- Conduct daily audits of a percentage of bins for inventory accuracy and make corrections
- Physical counting, consolidation, and movement of Finished Goods inventories
- Maintain rack labeling, category codes, etc.
- Process finished goods in near real time (through mobile posting)
- All administrative tasks related to data management, includes reports on activity, variances, movement, etc.
- Enter information (transfer requests, etc.) on paper and into NAV -BC
- Analyze usage and ensure inventory count accuracy
- Receiving (sends BOL's to purchasing, validates goods/orders)
- Work with the Warehouse Manager, Sales, Export and A/P Teams and stay well informed about order status, change if any and processes shipments on time
- Maintain scanned folder of shipping records, and oversee daily email distribution to Compliance, Sales, and A/P
- Ensure timely record in the system of all outgoing and incoming Finished Goods products
- Reconcile 3rd party invoices
- Perform other job responsibilities, related tasks, temporary roles, and assignments as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
- Assist Warehouse Manager to manage the Outbound Fulfillment by the Shift Lead
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
You Have
- At least two (2) years of inventory management/control required; previous winery warehouse experience preferred
- Two-year degree or greater preferred; GED or HS diploma required
- Experience with inventory counts, audits and reports
- Ability to operate a forklift and be certified through the company.
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV – BC experience preferred. Equivalent Warehouse compatible ERP experience acceptable
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Can calculate and compute both simple and complex mathematical calculations quickly and accurately

Physical Requirements And Demands
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds over moderate distances.
